Ministries (e.g. Nursery) are visible to everyone, including visitors. Contact groups nested under a ministry (e.g. Nursery Workers, Nursery Parents) stay private — only admins and that group's own members see them.

Approving opens their profile so you can assign a household, groups, and staff status before they appear in the directory.

1. Tap the Share icon 📤 in Safari's toolbar (bottom of screen, or top on iPad)

2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"

3. Tap "Add" in the top right corner

This works in Safari. If you're using a different browser, look for the same option in its menu.

Sends to whoever currently matches your search/group filters, on any device where they've enabled notifications.
